U Joints

Havent seen alot on here about U-Joints so after 3 months of fighting with my car on a simple spring replacement. ya real simple. and the countless other parts replaced  along with the axle. i decided to at least replace the u joint going to the axle. it is disconected for any1 wondering. but how do you get the u joint off the drive shaft. the haynes book i have isnt very clear. oh i dont have any clips on any of the ends of the u joint. any help with this problem woulb be very welcome. ill post before and after pics later.

It has a plastic resin holding it in from the factory, you would have to press the joint apart or heat the area where the plastic is keeping the exit hole hot the whole time to remove it, it comes out like a snake from a hole.
I suggest taking it to have it pressed out and in, its just easier and safer.
