Well they've improved a tad ,as I tried a first gen and it was terrible . I ended up buying a Panasonic dig cam with a lobster mount instead , but I may supplement it with a go pro next summer after seeing yor video


Sheeeesh I see I already posted lol.

These GoPro cameras are getting better and better every year. The latest one is GoPro hero 3

As much as my mount holds my dig cam now I'd sooner have a go pro fall off my fender than my $900 Panasonic

I'm using the same mount . Sticks well as far as I can tell .just not sure if I trust it with my heavy camera outside the car lol

Every year my carclub takes part in the Reykjavik Blues festival and we dress all like the Bluesbrothers 8)

Here is a little video from last year. I just held my GoPro in my hand and surfed around the cars!

edit: this is from my car w/ gopro hero 3 with a magnet mount on the gas tank, i was trying to show tire sidewall flex and at about 1:40 i get some rubbing that sounds like maybe exhaust pipe. any opinions?

very cool to see some of iceland! keep the vids coming! Id love to see some of the roads along the coast!
wont take long to blow it up driving it like that.

Thanks for the ride!  Your exhaust sounds really good, smooth and mean!  What brand/model of mufflers are you running?  I want to change mine and that really is the tone I am shooting for.
