Topic: 1979 trans am

got everything to install but ended up needing a new battery tray.my grandpa forgot to put the original one back in. need some help this is how i have the battery now.im not sure if it will be ok as.i dont think so but i coould use some more advice.
-the battery hold down is a little to long and does not meet the end of the battery. ill try to take some pictures later today,it will help to see it than me tell you. any advice info would be great.

thank you,i cant wait to start doing more (now that the t/a is 10 feet from the house).i hope i can do more this up coming year and over the winter.

finally all put back together,now i can really start to work

i really mean it,thank you for all the kind and inspiring words.hopfully one day (soon) i can get her back to the way she was before and see the look on my dads face when he sees her.i hope it will bring back great memories

doing a little cleaning on the garage (cold outside today) to give the bird some more room.did not work out that well,still cramped with my brothers bike in the way. might be able to do a little work.

been a while since i have been on here,not much up dates i walked by the trans am in my garage a few moments ago and lot about up dating.i have gotten her out a couple times the past two weekends.been really nice out,even made it out to the car show.i will have to get a new set of tires soon pass. rear tire dry rotting and starting to get unsafe to drive.
really wish i could do more to the bird but money has been very tight.wife lost her job,had to sell my other car,and the garage is in need of some major work soon before a wall comes down.i just cant when

finally got some time to do a little something on the trans am today,with the help of my wife

they look alot better from a distance,we are planing to have them painted black.would like to keep them the way they are but once you get closer you cann see the rust spots and the paint that could not come off.this took us 3 hours to do
