New Sig help?

Anyone know why my Sig picture is showing up so large, the actual picture I used for the sig is not even that large. Or maybe it just needs time to refresh. I made one then resized it. Its still large to me though.

It's 420x198.  Resize it in Photoshop, picture publisher, paint, etc...
