79 Trans Am Soft Brake pedal

I having problems getting an solid pedal on my 79 TA with 4 wheel disc

Need more info...any new parts? problem started after a repair?
Air in system?
Rear discs not adjusted?

See attached updated Tech Note
Service Manual states to "hang" the e-brake lever straight down, then pull to rear and tighten.  This is wrong.
Crank the lever forward (towards front of car) to set the piston against the pad, then remove lever and re-position it to the rear, against the stop.

Agree with Aus78.  Some of the questions that arise are ridiculous and are a waste of time.

Wouldn't be so bad if the guys were genuinely stuck but time after time they don't even return to see if anyone replied. Often someone has spent time finding links and uploading photos too.
