1977 TA WNY am I getting an ok deal ?

Hey all, I'm new here from western new york. Just looked at a nice 1977 trans am yesterday, Has the original 4 speed with a new clutch, fresh original motor it is a 400 4bbl. The wheels  are not original but the tires are new. I would put original 15x8 1978 Snowflake wheels on it. I like them better then the 77's The interior is old but presentable. BUT to be show worthy would need the rear deck fixed, dye on panels, headliner and front seats recovered. It has a badge interior. As for the body and paint. WOW the car was block sanded after all body work 12 times. It is 1 straight pain job. Car was in the garage but it looked like a mirror. I could not find one blemish or ripple.  Also has headers and a flowmaster duel exhaust with h pipe.   I was wondering what you all think this is worth. Id like to get an idea before I buy it and may pay too much... here are some quick pics i took on my phone.

Ps: car is not original color. in his progress pics it was a dark brownish color. The black on it now is the whole car, doors and trunk/ front end was fully taken apart before paint stripped to bare metal and then done correctly.

was it frame off? and do you have a cowl tag pic? that way you can tell some of its features, also interior pics too?

Id have to see some photos of the interior.  for 13k.  Its a shame he painted it black if it was originally brown but the pain job looks very nice.

Here is a pic of the tag, Didn't snap any of interior.

The paint is laser straight and done for show. Not a fame off. just body panels came off. Replacement parts included quarters and core support. No rot anywhere Underneath I looked. Also the rear suspension and gas tank area is solid as a rock.

It's supposed to be black right? Looks purple. Weren't you worried if you bought it the shine would blind other drivers on the street? Lol

Where in WNY is this car? Shop looks vaguely familiar... Who did the paint work?

Its a guy at my works cousin, Cars paint is great but 13k is way too much, The inner fenders are beat the engine compartment is not nice, the interior needs paint and seat covers and a new headliner . The wheels are fugly! and the floors needs some attention. They are solid but missing the caps for the factory drain holes. Car is overpriced. Sad part is now its going to spend time outside. :-( Just another 1 that will be left to the elements.
