OK with the help of you guys here I figured out that the telltale sensor is bad in my brake proportional valve.
I unplugged it and the brake light in the IP finally went out and the E brake light still performs correctly.
My next question is do I really need that sensor , I can feel the brakes if they are going out or bad . How do I fix it ? or should I try and find a new sensor?
