Well, Starsky and burner, if you've got a physical address for him I'd start calling.  Could be that he's had some kind of unforeseen problem -- only way to know is to contact him and ask.  If he's not returning email or posts that only leaves the phone.

I don't show any J. Clocks in the metro ATL area -- but there are some other Clocks that come up.  A street address would help nail that down, if that's even his name.

At fbody.com it shows his name to be David Tolbert in Commerce GA.

There are 5 people with the last name Tolbert in Commerce, GA -- none with the name David.

There are 2 people named David Tolbert in the general area.

How lucky do you feel making blind calls?

Something untoward could have happened and stuff could just be hung up -- or you might need to rattle his chain.

I would feel better had he not assured me it was shipped on the 18th..and another person didnt have the same problem....and he answered emails...

i've been trying and trying to get in touch with him.  this is the address he gave me David Tolbert 198 Herman Dr  Commerce Ga 30530  didnt see any tolberts on herman but im going to start  making calls to see if i can find him to see what's going on.    i have all the emails  he sent me

A reverse address lookup doesn't come up with that as being a listed adress, but I can give you the phone number for the Bowmans who live across the street. :wink:

I called  the number for 197 Herman Drive and spoke with a lady, she was very nice.   David Tolbert is her neighbor so 198 Herman drive is a good address.   She didnt know his phone  number but she said she would put my message on his door.   Starsky if you want to call  her the number is 706-757-8824.   I told her i had called information to get his number and they gave me her number instead.  Surprisingly she said that has happened before,  I  just made it up.
She knew he was a mechanic but didnt know what name of the shop  but it was off route 441.

I just called the 5 tolberts that came up in commerce  got 4 ansswering machines and 1 didnt answer at all.   I left messages  and ill try again tonight

didnt hear from him after talking to his neighbor.... so  today i called the police in Jackson County GA  they informed to contact my local police and file a report.  Then my local police would contact Jackson County back to press the charges.   So i gave him one last chance with an email before i go through with filing the complaint.  Starsky...I dont know how much money he got you for but i would call your local authorities to do the same.   Since he ripped off more than one person it would looke really bad him.   So the ball is in his court.   Jackson County Sheriffs number is  706-367-8718
