Correct, no turbo or turbo hoods on 2nd gen Camaros.

The price is high but not far off from the usual...those usually go for a couple hundred in good shape

They were going to produce a 1980 and also 1981 Turbo Camaro with the same 301 Turbo used in the Trans Ams but was cancelled.  I'm not sure if they were going to use the same type hood though.

He is way too high on all his parts, IMHO.
