2010 Bandit Run - Tifton, GA
« on: May 16, 2010, 06:57:08 PM »
The Bandit Run 2010’s second stop in Tifton, GA, which lucky just so happened to be my home town  ;D, so I would have been crazy not to attend with my Formula and the camera. The first stop was at the Tifton Agirama to hang out and listen to some music. Hope everyone enjoys the pictures!

My ’78 Formula amongst some other cars in the Bandit Run 2010

Then, everyone joined in for a parade around Tifton.

Go Bandit!

I had a blast! I had a great time and meet some really cool people despite the sudden shower we got, it was great!

Awh man it was a blast!  8) The only downfall was about a half hour before the parade, we had a quick shower roll through (typical south Georgia weather), but it stopped and we continued on with the parade as normal.

Nothing better than a long line of Firebirds cruising down the road. 8) Thanks for the pics.

You may not know, but is that red 79 TA in the 10th picture Bill Halsey's (78TA poster "Red")?  I heard he had rear main seal problems and was looking for somebody local to fix it on Friday -- and that sure looks like his car.

Rick, I'm not completely sure, but I think that car is Ron Franks' (who posts on Motortopia, but not on here) car because his wife and him (she was driving the red one) lined up right beside me for the parade, but I'm not certain because there was about 3-4 Red 79-81 Trans Am's there. Of course, I could be totally wrong because I usually am haha.
