the Ram Air manifolds,   How strong is it? does it last?

I would *think* it would last longer than headers. Here's my rationale: The cast manifolds have a texture to them which gives the powder coat some "tooth" to adhere to.

Or at least I would think that it would last longer than what you could get on a header.
