Topic: Stripes for 79 esprit

I have a 79 firebird esprit and was wondering if any company made the long side stripe that went along the entire length of the car? I believe it had 5 different colors in it. Also anyone know where i can get the correct door edge molding that protected the door from bangs? As close to original for both is a must........thanks

Yes i did try phonix graphics but can't seem to fing them there either. And yes that is the door guard that i am looking for only in a tan color....thanks

I have the exact same request for my Esprit, which has the "64A" code on the cowl tag. I can't find it anywhere.

Do you know if there could be both the stripes and the hood bird ?

I don't think so, my car is an original firebird esprit and it only had side stripes. I had to paint one side years ago and am now looking for the original stripe i took off. I don't think a firebird with a flat hood ever had a bird, only t/a's with the shaker.

Only the Trans Am got the hood bird. There was a different bird for the Turbo cars since they didn't have shaker hoods. The other Firebirds (base, Esprit, and Formula) had thier own decal packages from year to year.
