Topic: VIN Identification please ?

Further to my Saudi T/A could you please give me some information or de-code my VIN:

* 2X87TAL136039

Unfortunately the engine is now a Good Wrench Chevy 350.

I am in desperate need of steering wheel and dash board.

I hope to progress it and strip out the engine bay and keep it as clean as possible, I plan to 'restore' it as much as possible in looks at least, externally and internally.

Thank you anybody if you can help point me in the right directions.
