Topic: Question about headlights

On my 1978 trans am, the headlights are acting weird. 

The problem is:
My bright lights just work great, my regular lights aren't coming on at all.  All 4 lights light up when on brights.
It's weird because before I swear I had a problem getting the brights to work, but wasn't a big deal because I did just fine with reg lights..

I am not sure what is wrong? Any suggestions?

First check the grounds. On core support below front fenders "both sides".

It sound like the dimmer switch might be bad.
