I met everyone down at the end in Georgia and did the car show at Year One.  I also stayed at the same hotel as the guys on the run and had a great time, they were a bunch of great guys.
Great Pics!!!!!

want to go there too, but a little stressful to get the car over from Norway :( and with my luck, it would break down somewhere :(

Sad to see that people part out T\A's :( especially saveable ones

I've got a buddy with a mean "Last of the breed" Trans Am. We'd be interested in the last leg og this. Where is the last stop before Georgia?

Man, that looks like a great time!  Thanks for sharing.  I'd love to be a part of it next year.  Do you know when they usually post dates for the next run?

I missed the video , and was wondering how fast you got up to. Seemed like those lights were going by pretty fast . Wish I had the Marty there as I have a 2.56 rear diff . Would have been intersting to see how hard the torque of the 400 would pull those gears .

Keep checking this link for updates to next years run.

My car has the rear out of a 78 T/A w/2:56 gears and we only ran about 80 MPH on the track, passing was NOT allowed!

I would suggest this event to any and ALL who are interested in a great cross counrty touring event, and love Smokey and the Bandit.
It's the closest thing to being in the movie you'll ever get, and it IS a blast!

Come one, come ALL, you won't regret it! And it may turn into an annual event you won't want to miss!

Well to bad they wouldn't let a guy do a run by  himself letting you see how far you feel comfortable taking her too. Couldn't have found a better place to do it
