Title: 1979 Trans Am Drivers Power Window
Post by: 1979 Trans Am Y84 4sp on May 28, 2018, 02:12:02 PM
I had installed an OEM window regulator from a donor car....after it was installed the window does not go down the last one inch into the door....any suggestions on why that may be happening? Thanks!

"Probably" need to adjust the down bump stop bracket (inside the door)

Check the stop, as mentioned. Another common error is having the remote mirror cable passing through the regulator assembly during door trim off time and locking up.
