That's awesome man. I would definitely want you on my side during a fight. Must be easy for you to take the motor in and out whenever needed huh?

haha, thanks! oh ya, just get a good hold of it and yank er out, no problem! lol!

I compete in powerlifting(squat, bench and deadlift) so yes, i do bench. Not as much as i used to when i was 240lbs but i still do. (im only 208lbs in that picture)

Ronnie, love the pose.  I miss doing that.  I wish there was  good place close that I could start working out again.  I use to be built like a tank.  I actually weigh less than I did in highschool but I am way more fatter!!!!

if you can put some equipement in your home or garage, go that route. it is way more cost effective in the long run.

Yes I know but I don't have the room.  I bought a bowflex but just can't get myself to use it.  Just doesn't seem the same.

Yup.  I did some work for a guy a little while ago and he had a 24x30 garage packed with all kinds of fun things.  I was drooling.  He even offered to let me use it anytime I wanted but he's 45minutes away so that doesn't really work :(
