Frank wanted me to post this question

Frank is going to be repainting the grills in the front and he wanted me to ask you what is the correct paint.  Is it supposed to be shinny or flat in color.  Black
And what should he look for in paint for the silver part?

Semi Gloss/Satin
Flat
Glossy?

The silver is supposed to be chrome, and the black is a Matte/ Satin black
