Legally you could sue him and get the entire winning bid from him, its a legal bid and he didnt deliver.

file it with ebay.  ebay will take it right out of his account.  it will take 3 months or so , but you'll get it.

best thing to do, is simply file a non paid item claim... after about 7 days ebays process verifys it is actually a nonpaid item & they will credit you that $120 final sale fee.  & depending on the circumstances may ding him as nonpaying & after a few will suspend his account.

its a hassle & waste of time but at least you dont have to pay the $120 twice.

I thought you had it sold for sure as I thought I seen a post right here on this site where they claimed they had bought your TA. Same bidder?

You're thinking of the '77 SE...he's talking about the '78 Y88.

are you selling al your trans ams?  you still have the 71 and 77 and 78 right?

The '71 and '77 have been sold...and the '78 is the one this thread is about

Damn, that sucks, what a scumbag. Make sure you block him on ebay so he doesn't end up bidding on any of your future auctions!

Go after him Rick to the fullest extent... I get so tired of these types...won't even call them people, that are out to screw people that use eBay as a tool.  I am a sergeant with a sheriff's office in Washington state and we have to hear about this 'stuff' all the time!
