Chat room problem

When I post in the chat room it no longer allows me to post in the color that I choose.  I have selected a color but it continues to post in white.  Is this a problem with a setting I have wrong on my end?

Brett told me he's going to fix your color as "black"...will that be a problem with the background? :D :D ???
