From what I'm learning, the 400 was not offered in California and that being so, it was under federal emission specifications and not California emission specifications. I was happy to find out that the 78 I just bought does not have to pass CA emissions because it's been a hassle for me to pass with other cars in the past living here. This could be a very random question that few may be able to answer but does having a 400 in CA make it a rare find or have many of these found their way into the state? Obviously a ton of years have gone by so it wouldn't surprise me for it to be a common thing now but it made me curious. Thanks!
