76 SE sail panel decal location

Does anyone have the correct measurements for placing the sail panel bird on a 76 SE? They are not in the assembly manual.

Freshly restored. The upside down fender decal is dumb though, why would you want to replicate what some drop kick did at the factory. That's no different to if it had a head gasket replaced under warranty due to a fault, and having that fault copied. Whoever restored it like that is worse than the first guy.
