Can anyone tell me what this sticker is? It is on a Y88.

This is on both front fenders between the door and wheel well.
Thanks,

That sticker belongs on a 76 trans am 50th anniversery car.

Thanks.
I just found it on another site:

That's odd...they are gold decals for the '76 LE...that one appears to be grey or silver ???
Or is it just faded?

Looking at the rest of the picture I'd say that the sticker is a repop. Reason I'm saying that is that if this is a true Y88, the striping around the wheel well should be metallic brown and not black. My guess would be that the car was repainted and a set of non-standard decals used to get "close" to the original.

I haven't seen the car yet. So I can't verify the Y88 status. I was just curious about the additional decal on the fender. All of the decals/striping are really faded. It is hard to tell if they are original or not. The seller confirmed a Y88 on the cowl plate.

I'd recommend getting PHS on the car...the cowl plate is held on by 2 screws so its very easily swapped out. Which reminds me...I need to reattach mine before I lose it :)

I got the PHS. It shows Y88. That is assuming that the VIN hasn't been changed.....
