Topic: 79 TA, olds 403, 350 parts for sale

Im turning my 79 Trans Am into a bracket race car. Im going with a 383 stroker so I do not need the 403 that came in it. I have all the parts from the 403 disassembled and a olds 350 also disassembled. I will not need hardly any of the interior parts from the car or any air condition parts. Basically everything but the body is going. Eveerything worked when the project started. Email me for pics and prices of what you want.

why do a 383 why not a pontiac stroked to a 462

Im on a pretty tight budget and parts are cheaper and easier to find for chevy small blocks. Im not sure how you get a 462, could you explain?

Im sorry i meant a 461. you get it by takin a 400 block and changing out the crank with an aftermarket one.  eagle one makes a 461 kit this link is for a different kit but its still a 461 kit.  but it gives you the crank specs.

Yes I still have the carb and it is a q jet, No I am not going to reuse the motor mounts.
