I am in the process of slowly restoring a '78 SE WS6 W72 Y82 with Hurst T-Tops.
My question is where can I get the details of the color/appearance of every suspension piece/bolt for a concours style restoration? I am trying to get the correct color and level of gloss/no gloss of the leaf springs, rear sway bar, sway bar links, sway bar brackets, etc.
I have been using photos from frame-off restorations from Restore a Muscle Car and Trans Am Specialties of Florida.
Any one have any other sources, information, or ideas for sources?
By the way, when I am completed the car will be driven, but I would like to have the best restoration for longevity.
