I am detailing out under the hood. I have noticed on the passenger side head/block there is a small (3") spot of yellow paint and yellow or blue OK-3 stamp on restored or low mile cars. I have the inspection stamp and was wondering if anyone knew any details about theses two marks. My car is a '79 400.
