Topic: 79 TA seat belts color?

I have a 79 TA with the light blue interior. I just freshened up the interior. When you pull the rear belts out of the retractors, the belts are blue. When you pull the front belts out, they are black. The car looks like the front belts were never swapped out but I could be wrong. Would a blue interior come with black front seat belts? Front belts that are visible are really faded and look like crap. Debating if I should dye belts black or like for lite blue belts which would be a difficult find.

No, they would be one or the other. The stalks could often be black as they were inside a coloured sleeve case so didn't matter. If the belts are that old and faded they are probably junk anyway.
