This guy says that he had this car appraised last year for $40,500 is that with or without the rotted tail pan??? 

How do you spend over $50,000 and not replace the tail pan????

all I can think of is some restore shop saw him coming and he got charged 100+ per hr.

Well, he did say "no rust bucket pacth job here", and he's right. They didn't patch the rust. Just painted over it.
