I'll admit the blending he did looks good (although I'm still convinced it will cause problems later). And I'm actually a fan of flared 'birds. But can someone explain the purpose of such wide flares with stock size wheels and tires? Looks like he installed tubs and forgot to trim them.

While I'm considering putting spoilers on the backs of my wheel wells this is NOT what I'm thinking of doing. If I do it (and right now I'm leaning against it) I would use the factory style spoilers like this

I'd rather go the mud flap route if I was to put something behidn the wheel.  I personall don't like the falre look behind the wheel.

Thats not my T/A. Just a picture I found. If I do it (and as I said....I'm leaning against it right now) I would mold them to the body using factory spoilers. That way that Red T/A on E-Bay  has it done just doesn't look good at all IMHO. Not with those wheels & Tires anyways.

If I do the Flares it will probably be on a 79 T/A I'm looking at buying to play around with (it needs bodywork anyways)  and I'll go with the Spoilers on my White 78 T/A in the tradition  way. I found these on E-Bay But I'd like to hear from anybody who's bought from Danko before I get them. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=015&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=250080800515&rd=1,1

Here's what they'd be going on

Right, you're talking about what alot of guys call "foilers". I'm thinking about them for mine to help keep the road junk off the body.
