Type of hose needed for breather to air cleaner.

I've found plenty of pictures on this but not the actual parts needed:  I just picked up a 79 T/A w/ the 403.  I have nothing on the drivers side valve cover to connect to the air cleaner.
 Using this picture, I've identified all the pieces I need except for the actual pipe between the two (Outlined in red).  Is this rubber or metal?
  Size?  Seems like it should be vacuum tubing but it looks almost metal?  Thanks for the help.

It's a metal pipe connector with slight bend. Available new and used but make sure it's for later models and Firebirds, there's a few similar ones out there.
