Looking at a 1978 Formula
« on: February 06, 2012, 05:38:49 PM »
It is listed as unknown miles, guy says 350 Cheby but I think its a pontiac bcuz he said it was numbers matching.  Good tires and wheels, runs and drives needs interior a paint job and some radiator work.  Is asking 1800 or best, I am thinking $1200 what do you guys think?

Looks like a sweet formula. Just don't convert it into a T/A. Formies have a uniqueness all their own

Could be a factory 305 chevy, I don't know if they came with 350s. Maybe California cars.

I don't know if that's a deal. There are two here locally and they are numbers matching and currently being driven and ready to go. Both cars are for sale for less then $800 and under 60k original mileage.
