Looks like the Odometer has been turned over before, so its probably been over 140,000 km

You're forgetting something.....exchange rate. Might be more in line once you factor that in ;)

 the guy said he has owned the trans am for about 12 years and i think he said the car sat in a barn for a bit be for he got the car.

The sunroof would turn me off, maybe someone here can confirm it, but i believe they were never a factory option.

Correct - sunroof is not a factory option. Probably added by either a dealer or at an install shop in early/mid 80's - they seemed to be all the rage back then.

i personally never looked at that one, but i think i did see it listed. Is it in Toronto?
I do NOT want to be the one to cause anybodys deal not to happen, but I looked all over ontario and found some nice ones $5000-7500 range. Still stock, with no serious modifications
Especially several turbo models.

no it is not in Toronto it is in Ottawa.  i am looking for a car that is not to far away
