which upgrade

i am going to get an upgrade for the formula(my son drives,he thinks its his but not until im gone)for his christmas pres so which one....converter,bigger carb or larger headers?
462 auto-1800 converter but locks at 1500 or lower
670 street avenger
performer intake
6x-4 large ex valve
comp xtreme energy 268 cam
3.42 rear
1 5/8 dynomax header

it runs 8.5's @ 80+ in 1/8 mile w/1.90 60'
 in 1/4 it has run a 13.99 @ 100mph but says it completly lays down on top of trac
so if you were going to make one upgrade what would it be?

converter....other than that seems like everything is runnin pretty good.....

the cam so it would have that good muscle car sound and you could eat gt mustangs alive     ;D ;D ;D ;)

i was leaning towards the verter as well.......2800?
it sounds pretty tuff now and has no probs with the stangs

Get a good convert for the motor you have, like Coan, Contiental, or Redneck. than a 750 carb and bigger hedders 1 3/4"

I would go for a XE294 or a 305 cam better intake RPM and port the heads than u will really eat some stangs and a few other cars as well

anything that you do would be good but u always have to rember THE ONLY GOOD FORD IS ONE WITH A HEARTBEAT BUILT FORD TOUGH WITH ALL CHEVY STUFF
