There's more than just the two posters causing problems.  Their mods need to do a little housecleaning.  I just registered over there today so I don't know, maybe they've been out for the holidays. :?

I've been a member over there for almost as long as I have been a member over at TAC, but I don't think I've posted 3 times over there. I just don't feel comfortable. Seems to be one drama after another.

I sent Fred Schramm (the webmaster over there and fellow Y81 owner) a PM a few weeks ago about something else and he never replied... makes me think he's been gone for a while... hope he gets things straightened out over there!

sorry kind of combined an answer to two posts here.

Kinda like what happened to the Bandit Trans Am Club Forum.  It was overrun by pron posts and links until he finally shut it down.  He changed the forum program and it is doing OK now.... well at least the last time I checked it was.

Also, just to let you guys know (in case you didn't know)(or maybe you don't care)... The National Firebird and Trans Am Club re-did their forum and it has been up and running for months now.  Of course I am the top poster over there at about 26 posts..... kinda tells you how much the forum is being used.  But it is there..... Here is the link:

Tin if your referring to my car on Pontiacpower.net under the spotlight area, I thank you cause it's mine.  And I think your 1976 will look better than mine as it will be freshly painted with all new decals.  I am sure I will be saying the same thing to you after your car is complete.

If you need anything like pictures from my car to use as a reference please email me.  Original cars are a good source for references, although mine will be getting older and yours will be like brand new.

Hey, That's nice to know. I thought this would move along at a faster pace and now I'm so irritable about how long it's taking. I didn't factor in buying a house, changing jobs, dragging into winter, etc and all that has bit me in the rear.

Looking forward to spring and getting the tools dirty again. Maybe we can get it in paint this summer. It's been so long since I updated my restoration start post that it's been deleted.

Yeah, I have forum "pruning" turned on.  So when a post has not be added/changed/edited in 60 days, it falls to the wayside.  Should I change that?

Mike? What's up! Its Mike...um the sidepipe guy.

As far as the porn, we had some people doing that here on one of my local Jeep sites. They had to shut down the normal registration process completely. Now you have to personally email the admin. if you want to register. Complete PITA for everyone involved, I dont understand what these punks get out of doing that.
