So I went on a little vacation for the holidays...
Ened up in Alabama for a few days .. passed a place called
MUSCLE CAR MANIA!
So of course.. I had to go in.. they had three showrooms of cars.. some for sale.. most not. But there was a 1973 SD Trans Am there.
I couldn't get any info on it, clone, no clone, owner.. etc.
But here are some photos of it. Anyone know the owner???
Dude has the wrong wheels on here thats for sure! Still a nice car.. hood was not open.. so no photos of the SD...

I will post photos of the other cars when I have some more time....

Enjoy...

Kinda looks like a clone. I like the Charger next to it but I have a soft spot for Mopars.

Super Fine car no matter what. If it's legit it's one of 120 for that year with the SD455/Auto combo.

Look at those lower white door panels!! Sexxxy! I'd give up my cable modem for a pair of those.
What's she wearing now? Come on!

1976 White 400 Auto (original)
F-body stuff stashed everywhere.

I can't figure out how to post a video to Photobucket.com so I can't share the video of the car that I took. Just a walkaround view of her...

Also.. anyone having trouble with TAC?

Yeah, I think TAC is down. Hopefully he's just updating stuff and didn't get another virus.

I haven't got any word as to when TAC will be back up, but I am sure Mike is looking into it.

Solar...I am glad you enjoyed your trip South. It is a nice looking 73, would be curious as the that 5th digit being an "X" or not.  Not sure why they would have 7" snowflakes on it and the grille patterns are not from a 73 either, I am
almost positive that they are from a 72 model.

I have some very blurry photos of that VIN....
I will try to check it out when I get home..

Wasn't sure what the decoding would have been for an SD since I am about $125K short of caring! hahahaha

Nice looking car however, yes that grill I think is a 72,and those Snowflakes are definitely incorrect, you would think trying to pass it of as a SD at least have the period correct honeycombs or Rally II's.
Need to seen the "X" in the VIN if it was a SD car,and the codes on the block.
What was this guy asking?
973 T/A Buccaneer Red,L-75,78k orig #'s match
1979 T/A Atlantis Blue,W-72,WS-6 19k orig #'s match
1999 T/A A4 33k
1968 442 63k orig #'s match/but has built 455 in it now,for sale

Car is not up for sale. Its in a place called MUSCLE CAR MANIA in Alabama. I was down there on Vacation and drove by the place.... Some cars for sale.. others not. I tried to get info on who owned this car.. but the kid behind the counter didn't know much.
