Yellow is suppose to be the least produced color.  I don't know how many were produced.  And, I don't know where to find this information.  But I like yellow T/A's.

I doubt your going to find it.  As was mentioned above by eroc222, that type of information was not kept at the time, at least, I've not heard or seen it and I've frequented many, many TA/Pontiac sites.
