Well thats good then!  I think they should let you just use your TATA as your patrol car and save all the high speed stuff for you!

Well thats good then!  I think they should let you just use your TATA as your patrol car and save all the high speed stuff for you!
haha cool story- i knew a guy when i worked in the dealership who had a son that works for FFX county police. he and his father restored a '69 GTO. anyway, occasionally they let him use it as a chase car when doing radar on the major highway nearby. i thoguht that is way cool!

That sound really fun :) and a 4 spd TATA with some engine mods should probably hold up with most cars on the road? :)

sorry for the delay- been super busy with the new job! anyway here's my rear axle work from last weekend

for anyone wondering how to torque those ring gear bolts to 80-100 ft lbs, here's a trick we did at the dealer

so i decided to roll the dice and use all the factory shims and see where the pattern went- it came out almost perfect!
