Not to jack the thread here, sorry LadyBird, I have questions about my trans. You guys are talking about the torque convertergoing bad, and I'm wondering if a converter can go bad by being removed and re-installed? My trans. doesn't slip out of gear, it slips between 1-2 and sometimes off the line in first. The longer I drive it the worse that condition gets. When first started for the day it works decently, no where near how it used to work, and then slips more from 1-2 and then if run long enough, it starts to slip on the starts too. I have my own thread in this same category, if yiou guys could please help me there.
