All-in! thanks alot :-) yeah it is coming along nicely. I cant wait to get the engine in there.
During the winther I am replacing the booster / mastercylinder and the brake lines. Then I need to freshen up the transducer and the wipermotor plus a few brackets, hoses and lines. and the engine compartment is starting to look like the car just left the assembly line :-)

Had .047 taken off of them and cleaned up the runners and chambers. Just need to freshen up the seat, paint them and assemble them before I can put the engine back together.



My valley pan was pretty rusted out

I figured I might as well fix it instead of finding another one.

20 minuttes later I had made a bowl exactly like the piece I cut out.

In it went and presto!
new valley pan, ready for paint :-)

Finally got the heads on so I could put the rest back on. It really just needs to be put back in

Thanks! yeah, it has that sort of like-new look, right :-) brushing all the bolts down to fresh metal again really was the frosting on the cake here.

and away we went


runs allrigth. Carb has some issues plus the body has some noises and rattles I have to track down.
But it felt SO good to slide into the newly uphostered horse collar seat, turn the key and go cruising :-)
