Well, first off congratulations on saving what would surely be a heap of rusty junk in a couple of years. It looks like it's mostly complete, which is a good start. So many times cars left in that condition are open to the weather so basically everything is trashed. This one looks to have been last running in 2004 so it may not have degraded that badly.
Before I sank much more into it, though, I'd get a GOOD look underneath, especially in the rear frame rail area and trunk. Severe rust problems in those places are something that need to be addressed first -- BEFORE you put any more money into anything else. Sometimes if the problems are bad enough back there, there isn't much you can do with the car -- so check that first.
Otherwise, pick out an area at a time and concentrate on that before moving onto the next area. Personally, I'd go for making sure the underside and floor pans were all fixed so the basics were solid, then go for getting the mechanicals (engine, transmission, etc.) sorted out before wrapping up the exterior paint and trim. (It's just easier than worrying about scratching or gouging the paint when pulling engines, etc.). I'd scout out the interior stuff and keep looking for that while I was working on other areas because sometimes it's a little hard to come up with cherry parts on short notice, then address the interior last. But that's just my first impression of how to attack this.
Good luck, and keep us posted!
