wire from fuseable link to starter broke its white how do I repair it?

Replace that small section of wire with a new fusible link. Most auto parts stores carry them.

I put a blade style fuse link in mine.  I have a 40 amp fuse in it. Works just fine. Makes replacing a snap. I had a 30 amp fuse in it once, but it blew when I had the AC on and tried to activate the windows. Replaced it with a 40 amp and I haven't had a problem since.
