While your at it, the little clips that hold the air horn on the breather of a W72 car.
I seen a couple of cars at the Pontiac Southern Nats that was missing those and nobody makes them.

Oh MAN, I knew I should have bought that Amada press when the place I used to work went out of business!  I could have gotten it along with the computer system used to design flat patterns and program it to stamp them out for only $23,000.  It was originally a $175,000 system.  >:( >:( :-\

Don't send it out yet.  I will probably wait til winter to remove some parts to send out and get made.  So, just hold onto that thought for now.

That's why you got married, don't you know... :D ;)

If you doubt that, forget something she told you to remember and you'll never do it again. :o

Just discovered today that my '78 has the choke shield on it (odd, since I'm told it's not the original motor...haven't actually verified that yet though)

Doesn't look like it would be hard to fabricate a similar piece...I might try that at some point. The ribs in the piece look cool but considering the structure itself, they wouldn't be necessary.

I don't think the ribs are a question of necessity, I think it is a question of it looking original.
