Topic: do splitter tips require adapters to fit right?

Looking at my exhaust as it is now, which is straight out the back, it looks like you would be able to see the entire splitter tip.  Just wondering if they all require adapters to fit correctly so I can order them with the tips.  It's important I have everything on hand at once when I go to do this.  Thanks in advance.

Depending on what you get and size, etc all makes a difference. Some system kits such as Pypes have different tail pipes for both straight pipes or splitters. But even the kits require a lot of custom work at times to make work and fit. Exhaust hangers are also different, and also depends on mufflers used.

Thanks for the reply, I thought I responded to this but just noticed it never sent through so thought I'd reply again.  I know it's been a while since post, but decided to drive the car and do exhaust this winter.  I did order through pypes and go what I need.  Thanks again.
