Topic: 70 TA Ram air 4 speed

I found a few early trams ams lately this is another one of them.It is a 70 and has the original drivetrain, all original body panels. it has the original shaker, but the solenoids and flapper assembly are missing. Fenders and doors need some attention at the bottoms, but are very repairable. The worst part on the car is inside the trunk and inner wheelhouses. The right side inner wheelhouse is rotted completely away from the window and in real bad shape.Looks like a quarter panel was installed years ago and probably wasn't done properly. The driver side is ok, but both are rusted pretty good inside the trunk. The motor turns over, the floors and frame rails are fine. Original carb, intake  were replaced with a offenhauser aluminum intake.and holley carb.The wheels are not original. The car has been sitting a long time.The rad support is rotted, but it comes with a good replacement.What do you think for a price of $4300

Oh I posted on tac, it's you.  From the looks of you 74 sd, you could easily tackle this one.  Take it.  That is if the numbers match.

I'm currently channeling the Trans Am Reaper.......He said go for it he could use the business in parts....LOL

these things are really expencive to restore.  but it looks like you might know that already
