Potential trade for 69 Firebird

I have a guy wants to trade a 1969 Firebird 400 matching # for my 2002 Mustang GT vert. It almost sounds too good to be true. Does it seem fair?

Hey Jer I think its a Win, Win if said Firebird is on the up and up.  The Firebird will gain in value wheras the Mustang isn't at that "Appreciating" stage yet!  Also if that is what you desire MORE then it is even worth MORE!  :D  Keep us posted!
