Smaller brake booster?

I've read about guys using smaller boosters to create more clearance for larger engines or taller valve covers. Does anyone know which ones will work?

When the engine gets bigger is it really wise to consider making the brake booster smaller ??

lmao

Seriously, I'm planning on doing some upgrades to the brakes themselves. (Disc on the rear/larger discs on the front) The issue is that I want to be able to run adjustable/roller rockers on the Olds 455 I am going to build. That means taller v/cs. But stock v/cs are already so tight in there that you almost have to pull the booster out to remove the driver's side.

you will want a double diaphram booster, it basically takes two boosters and puts them back to back and minimizes the diameter of it all.....or you could get one of those hydraulic boosters that works out of the power steering lines....
