Title: Side molding
Post by: RikkiB on April 13, 2017, 06:43:04 AM
I finally got around to ordering decals for my 1981 TA with a 305. Ordered them from Hitman here on the site on Monday. My car originally came with molding running down the side of the car. Looking over the decal placement diagram I ordered on here, and after searching online, I could not find any measurements for this. Does it run just above the body crease? Any actual measurement for this?
On a side note, would you leave it off or replace it? The car is original except for radio and a dash cap. It originally came with the molding before it was removed prior to painting.  I;ve seen some leave them off and others replace it. Thanks.

Never mind. Found it elsewhere. First picture is up to 1974. Second is from 1975-1981.
