1974 bumper
« on: October 12, 2015, 06:39:32 PM »
I have a 74 formula with a minor bodyshop question. There is a fiberglass piece, about 2 inches wide, that fits between the black rubber bumper and the pained grill piece. I have a new one from Ames that came with NO holes drill in it. The original had holes that match up with small bolts and holes on the car. Even if I drill holes & they match, is there a way to install this without removing the r bumper?

I gave up & sent it back. Got an OEM coming for twice the price with drilled holes & flexibility.
