I would imagine an AMC salesman's shoes would have worn out in the back before the bottom from being propped up on a desk most of the time - couldn't have been too much traffic with that kind of line-up.

This is why I really hate the spoiled idiots that get picked to get their cars done on the show.  It's all a scam.  There is no way in the world people drive around with those beaters.  No way!! 

and as far as the pacer, it is and always be ugly.  You can put a ton of makeup on a pig, but it's still a pig

You haven't seen some of my cars have you?

You know, if anbody's got a jones for a dork car I know where there is a Pacer for sale...sitting under an oak tree in the front yard.  He's got at least one other running one so maybe he's got some extra parts he'd sell too! :o :D  ::)
