Pat,
You should inquire about putting this in an auto museum somewhere - I can see many a car enthusiast appreciating your works for years, perhaps decades down the road.

What are your plans for the car after it's completed?  ... will it go down the road on sunny days?  trailered to shows?

I will drive it! I知 planning on taking it on the Hot Rod Power tour next June. That will put over 2000 miles on it and I値l put another 1000 throughout the year. I put less then 3k a year on my daily driver as I only live about a mile from home
Thanks!
Pat

You'll enjoy the power tour - that will be fun.  They're meant to be driven and you've shown you can do just about everything so ... you'll have to give us a cost/time invested type summary when you've completed the car.

I have been following this thread for awhile, there are no words to describe the work and dedication to detail you have put into her.
I'm sure she will be a sight to see when she is done and i hope i get to see her in person.

GREAT JOB....

Pat if you don't find one at Carlisle, you can get the GM signal harness adapter through GM dealers (and probably through auto parts stores also/got mine at O'Reilly's (GM part).

I like all the 0's on the odometer  ;D ...that car is definitely getting a fresh start at life.

I was able to remove the old turn signal harness plug and install it on the new turn signal harness. Good thing I saved the old parts!

Pat, I have for the first time went through all the 30 pages of this......   OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!   I have my own dreams of restoring my 80 TA when I am in a financial place to do so.  Mine will not be any where factory, but I would hope to be even half as attentive in the details.  Great job!
